The artist was born and raised in Windber, Pa. Judy moved to Newtown in 1990.
The area was an inspiration for her work, and the paintings she created during that time reflect her emotional
ties to the community. Her work is displayed in public and private collections in Bucks County and Philadelphia.

In 2010 Judy and her family moved to the Pittsburgh area. Judy returned to Newtown in the spring of 2014 and she has once again found the inspiration for her paintings- the historic architecture and landscapes of Newtown and Bucks County,
